It never ends,, Ever,,
This course provided me with confidence, stability and profession. It changed my thoughts about the importance and the efficiency of the psychological effect which are caused by adding small touches to things which at the end will make a huge difference in people's perceptions. Such a course makes the man proud of himself which pushes him to do great things confidentially and professionally and even though he makes mistakes he can correct them or at least face the worst circumstances stably.
When I posted my CV at blogger, I checked my old CV which was submitted to many sectors in the Capital, I noticed the huge difference between them, I smiled then regretfully said "If this one (The new CV) was submitted to all those sectors, I would have been hired as a CEO"; yeeeah this is confidence, this is what I'm talking about ;-)
Mr. Gregory I've never been in your classroom , and I'll never be because I simply believe in your motto "If you love your job, you will never have to work".
You know what, I'm thinking about making a fortune from this confidence; but I wont give you my secret recipe ;-p
I Just want it all 4 me :-p

Dear Ms. Rania Abdullah:
I’m really excited when I saw an advertisement at jobs.abudhabi. ae on Sep 21st, 2011 and I would like to apply for this job opening.
I have taken my education in applied civil engineering and gained a lot of knowledge, and experience especially about construction methods in the GCC region. This clarified the whole picture for me in this business.
I really would like to begin my career and have a chance to work for Musanada as it is responsible for Abu Dhabi Governmental Assemblies and projects which will give it a major role in making Abu Dhabi’s one of the top 5 managed municipalities globally.
It is recommended for me to start working as an entry level quality and quantity engineer as I did my graduation project in this field of civil engineering which will make me more productive, effective and efficient as an engineer at Musanada.
I also attached my CV which has all my information, and which should match your requirement. I look forward to meeting and discussing with you how my knowledge and skills can work for Musanada in the near future. You have my cell phone number enclosed and it is working 24/7.
Sincerely,
Ghareeb AlOtaiba
Our meeting report
HAG Team meeting report:
On the 24th Oct we had a meeting which aims to produce recommendations and suggestions to help students do better in the first three weeks at the college. These weeks are precious due to their initial effect on the psychological condition of the students which will be the spark let of the student’s performance which will be represented by the overall GPA at the end of the semester.
I started the meeting with welcoming the members and introducing our main topic which was about the first three weeks at the college. The first bullet was shot at the attendance issue which took about 3 minutes of discussion; then all the members where agreed on making lectures to inform the students about the importance of the attendance with making workshops and giving some bonus as a motivation for them.
The second point of discussion was about the parking peak hours fluctuation which is standing as an obstacle on the student’s way to the lecture. The members suggested making a monthly study among daily surveys in the parking lot to come up with a chart which represent the crowded hours to help students to avoid late attendance.
The third point was about the clear course criteria. The members most public suggestion was to publish an official course content to enable the student know the requirements and goals of his courses for a better performance.
The forth point was assembling technology in education. The members suggested using One Note instead of the traditional board method to give the late students a chance to catch up with their colleagues. Another suggestion is to encourage students to use mobile applications which enable them to be in touch with the college’s updates.
The fifth point discussed the academic and revision schedules. Members agreed that college must offer an official setting of after academic schedule; so that low-level and mid-level students can improve their course perception with the co-operation of their high-level colleagues which at the end will improve the academic skills of all parties.
The last point was about the students’ personal skills exchange. Members were agreed on making social clubs for talent people and getting the interested people involved so that college life become more enthusiastic.
The way that members expressed their opinions with a simple and clear language, and their understanding to the topics gave great ideas which were harvested as our list of recommendations. Hopefully the next meeting will indicate the good of our list and it will be sent to the administration to implement it.
