· Welcoming the attendees · Introducing the main topic · Discussing the following:
1. Suggesting ways to help students attend classes on time. 2. Studying the parking peak hours flactuation. 3. Improving methods for better courses perception from the students side. 4. Assembling technologies to take the student's life in the college to the next level. 5. Suggestions for matching between the academic schedules and the revision hours. 6. Strengthening the social relationship between students by exchanging their skills.

| Suggestions | Better performance in the 1st three weeks at the college |
|
1. Making lecture for students to give them information about the importance of the first three weeks and making workshops with some bonus to attract and motivate them.
2. Making a monthly study for the daily surveys which are made in the students parking area to establish a chart and publish it to the students among the campus so that the late percentage is minimized.
3. Establishing a list of courses contents and requirements then spread it to the student letting them have an idea of what are they are expecting in the semester.
4. Encouraging students to use mobile applications which connect them with the college portal to check their progress, assignments, schedule and their instructors comments about them.
5. Offering an official setting of an after academic schedule to help the Mid and Low-level students in their courses by the co-operation of their High-level colleagues so that all parties improve their academic skills.
6. Making social clubs for those who are talent and mixing them with those who are interested but not talent so that students life at the college will have a different meaning than the traditional one.

| 1. A study will be carried on to study the Effectiveness of these suggestions. 2. The next meeting will be after two weeks to discuss the study. 3. If the effectiveness was approved a the list will be submitted to the Administration. 4. A monthly surveys will be made to check the progress and the effects of our reccomendations. | |
